About the Opportunity
We are seeking experienced and motivated Registered Nurses to join our dedicated and high performing team at Young. In this pivotal role, you will provide advanced, patient-centered care while exercising clinical judgement, leadership, and professional autonomy at Young, a friendly country health care facility.
As the Registered Nurse, you will:
Provide person-centered, evidence-based nursing care in accordance with professional standards and legislation.
Conduct patient assessments, contribute to care planning, and evaluate outcomes to support safe and effective care delivery.
Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to drive optimal patient outcomes and ensure seamless care delivery.
Participate in continuous quality improvement activities and promote a culture of safety and learning.

Triage and emergency unit experience desirable.
