As a Registered Nurse, you'll play a vital role in delivering safe, person-centred care while supporting residents to live with dignity and comfort. From coordinating care plans to guiding others on shift, you'll work closely with a multidisciplinary team to achieve outcomes that matter every day.

Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
Current registration as a Registered Nurse with relevant professional authority
Demonstrated clinical experience in aged care or a similar setting
Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-focused mindset
Ability to make sound clinical decisions and guide others in delivering safe care
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience in rural or residential aged care settings and/or postgraduate study in aged care or a related field.
