Join our team of business professionals doing meaningful work in an organisation that’s ever evolving. Work with people who care and expand your career with opportunities only a diverse business can provide. With license to see things through your way, and the option to split your time between office and home, RACV is where you’ll make a difference.
As a Change Manager, you’ll support the delivery of our new core insurance platform, a large-scale transformation that will shape and simplify how we serve our members and customers across our insurance business. In this role, you’ll lead change across initiatives spanning people, process, and technology.
Working as part of our Change Practice, you’ll partner with project, technology and business teams across RACV to design and deliver end-to-end change management strategies to achieve successful adoption of the new platform and ways of working. This includes stakeholder engagement, communications, learning, and readiness activities that drive meaningful adoption and long-term value.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being part of a large transformation program, delivering end to end change readiness outcomes that meet business needs. You will develop and lead change, communication and engagement plans, while supporting the design and delivery of learning programs that build capability and readiness across a large audience and multiple releases.
From assessing change impacts to supporting hypercare and embedding new ways of working, you’ll help ensure our people are set up for success throughout delivery and beyond.
What you’ll need to be successful
Experience delivering change across complex, multi-stream programs including core platform transitions and integrations, digital uplift, data migration and operating model change across corporate and customer facing environments.
A hands-on approach and experience delivering engagement, communications, and learning solutions that build capability, support adoption, and enable business readiness.
