Corporate Receptionist who thrives on delivering a seamless front-of-house experience and takes pride in creating a welcoming, professional environment for every visitor and stakeholder.
What You’ll Do
As the first point of contact for our Melbourne Head Office, you’ll play a key role in shaping the day-to-day experience for employees, visitors and partners. Sitting within our Development business, this role ensures smooth reception operations, clear communication and efficient coordination across the workplace.
You’ll manage front-of-house services, oversee visitor management systems, coordinate mail, deliveries and office services, and support the broader team by keeping everything running seamlessly. Your work will directly contribute to a professional, organised and welcoming workplace aligned to Stockland’s commitment to exceptional experiences.

Experience & Skills That Count
- Experience in a corporate hospitality, reception or customer-facing role with a strong focus on service excellence
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Microsoft Teams
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Experience working with systems or processes such as visitor management, bookings or procurement
