In the role of an Adviser Support, you will join the Advice NSW Team to work with Australia’s most successful families, corporates and for-purpose organisations to help protect and grow their wealth and realise their legacies.
You’ll make an impact each day by:
- Focus on enhancing client relationships by forging strong connections and deliver exceptional communication that elevates every interaction.
- Build rapport and create meaningful engagement to deepen trust and drive long-lasting partnerships.

- Be the vital link that keeps everything running like clockwork, driving coordination and optimising processes for maximum productivity.
- Curate and organise the teams schedule, ensuring every detail aligns perfectly with their goals.
You’ll bring to this role:
- Experience in business management, executive office, or adviser support within Financial Services, Private Wealth, or Stockbroking.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic financial planning, with a genuine interest in the field.
- Confidence working with data and presenting insights to senior stakeholders.
- Understanding of advice regulatory, governance and compliance obligations.
- Strong organisational and administrative capability, with high attention to detail.
- A proactive, resilient, and outcome-focused mindset.
