Novah Aluminium Industries is a growing manufacturer and supplier of premium aluminium windows, doors, glazing, and architectural systems across NSW.
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to drive new business growth, develop strong industry relationships, and secure residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert new business opportunities
- Develop relationships with builders, developers, architects, and homeowners
- Manage projects from enquiry through to contract award
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve growth targets
About You
- Proven sales or business development experience
- Construction, glazing, windows and doors, building products, or related industry experience preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Current Driver's Licence

Earning Potential

Indicative annual earnings can range from $80,000 to $500,000+ based on sales
