You excel at connecting the dots as a problem solver, ensuring the seamless delivery of reliable services from beginning to end.
You know that not all tech and digital roles are the same. Be part of a team that ensures a safe, efficient, integrated transport system that keeps people and goods moving, connects communities and shapes the future of our cities and regions.
In this role, you'll:
Play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, end-to-end testing services across complex technology environments, ensuring the Sydney Coordinated Adaptive Traffic System (SCATS) meets business requirements, solution design specifications, and operational objectives outlined in the branch's technology roadmap.
You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing testing activities across the delivery lifecycle, ensuring solutions are robust, reliable, and fit for purpose. Working closely with technical and business stakeholders, you will identify, manage, and resolve defects while driving continuous quality improvement.
About you
You are an experienced testing professional with a proven track record of delivering end-to-end testing across complex projects and large-scale programs. You bring strong hands-on expertise in performance, API, and web application testing, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, reliable solutions. With advanced programming skills in Python and JavaScript, you are capable of developing, maintaining, and enhancing automated test frameworks and innovative testing solutions. You are also an effective communicator and relationship builder, able to engage confidently with stakeholders, foster trusted partnerships, and influence outcomes across both technical and business teams.
This is a fixed term opportunity up to the 1st May 2028 | Hybrid flexible work practices, 2-3 days a week in office based at Pitt Street and Macquarie Park.
