Reporting to the Sales & Brand Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Support senior colleagues in selling products & solutions, managing customer relationships and in activities as defined by the sales process

Understand our sales methodology and process and executes with excellence in the allocated area of responsibility

Support senior colleagues in a variety of administrative functions as instructed

Assist with competitor activity reports and ordering general supplies such as stationary, business cards, product books and promotional material
-
Attend all team meetings as requested, on time, with positive contribution

Provide a quality service to customers while identifying opportunities to secure new business or support retention
-
Dealing with queries and investigating and resolving customer questions
-
Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of organisation products and services to deal confidently with customer queries
-
Ask relevant questions to evaluate the customer's level of interest and to identify and respond to areas requiring further information or explanation

Assist senior colleagues in the management of internal stakeholders; and

Assist with the preparation and completion of sales documentation.
