Who we are:
Located in the leafy suburb of Rose Park, just 5 minutes from Adelaide CBD, we are a bustling modern European restaurant with a focus on cooking with fire and utilising seasonal produce grown on our farm in the Adelaide Hills. Built in 1894, our building's original beauty has been lovingly restored to showcase historic bluestone walls while incorporating stunning modern architecture. Our space comprises a spacious main dining room, an open kitchen, a courtyard, a smaller dining area, two bars, and a function room. We operate during lunch and dinner from Tuesday to Saturday, as well as offering Sunday lunches. Our services encompass à la carte dining, functions, and off-site catering.
About the role:
We are seeking chefs available to work across multiple locations within our businesses, including our wholesale and preparation facility in the Adelaide Hills (MYLOR), our established suburban European-inspired restaurant (ORSO), and off-site catering events. This role is ideal for experienced chefs/cooks who seek a diverse range of cooking preparations and an opportunity to collaborate within a dedicated team of like-minded professionals.
