The Opportunity
Veolia is seeking a Liquid Vacuum Truck Operator to join our dedicated Liquid Waste team in St Marys (2760). This is a permanent full-time role working Monday to Friday with an early morning start. Join our friendly team and build a stable career with an industry leader in environmental services.

What you'll be responsible for
Unloading Veolia and customer trucks at our St Marys facility
Process and manage liquid waste according to safety and environmental standards
Conduct onsite traffic management to ensure safe operations
Complete and maintain accurate paperwork for tracking received loads
Maintain equipment and site facilities to operational standards
Safely operate heavy vehicles for liquid waste collection and transport
Transport various waste streams to designated disposal sites
Service multiple client sites, including loading, unloading, and delivery of liquid waste
Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain positive client relationships
What you'll need to be successful
Valid Heavy Vehicle (HC) licence with a minimum of two years' driving experience
Experience operating truck and dog trailers
Physical capability to remain on your feet and handle manual tasks throughout the day
Ability to work both independently and under supervision on site
Strong commitment to safety and environmental practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsiveness to direction and feedback
Confined Space ticket (desirable)
