Key Responsibilities
As part of the IOMI team, you will:
- Deliver professional, high-quality treatments with a strong focus on client care and attention to detail.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards in a fast-paced, high-end environment.
- Ensure treatment rooms and shared spaces are kept clean, organised, and presentation-ready at all times.
- Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to continuously improve skills and service standards.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of treatments and products, with the ability to communicate confidently with clients.
- Present yourself in a professional, well-groomed manner in line with spa standards.
Skills & Experience
We are looking for candidates who:
- Have conversational English communication skills.

Salary & Benefits
- Weekly Earnings: Approx. $1,000 – $1,200 (based on a 4-day schedule)
- Spa Therapist: $33.00 – $44.00 per hour (based on experience, demand, and scheduled bookings, plus daily allowances and tips)
- Remedial Massage Therapist: Higher earning potential based on qualifications and experience
