Sales Representative to drive business growth across the Newcastle and surrounding regions while providing outstanding service to our valued customers.

The Role
As our Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in growing sales, strengthening customer relationships, and promoting our premium aluminium window and door solutions across residential and commercial markets.
You'll work closely with branch and operational teams to identify opportunities, deliver tailored solutions, and achieve sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance objectives
- Grow market share and identify new business opportunities throughout the region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, developers, and homeowners
- Collaborate with Branch Managers and internal teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and business updates
- Provide expert product advice and project support from enquiry through to completion
- Represent the G.James brand with professionalism and integrity
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Proven sales experience, ideally within windows, doors, building products, construction, or a related industry
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and convert business opportunities
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- High-level organisational and time management abilities
- Sound computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with Oracle and V6 quoting systems (highly regarded but not essential)
- A proactive, customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering quality service
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment
