The team
The RegistryConnect Program aims to deliver secure, reliable, and efficient registry services that support Australia's economy. Its five strategic objectives are:
- Stabilise ASIC Registry technology to enhance security, reliability, and performance
- Modernise registers, user channels, and interfaces
- Improve data quality and integrity, including integration of new datasets
- Enable better outcomes through policy and law reform
- Build lasting capabilities for future change
The role
ASIC is seeking an experienced Change Reporting Analyst to coordinate, source, analyse and maintain high-quality change-related reporting for the RegistryConnect program.
Responsibilities will include:
- Provide accurate, timely, actionable insights to support Change and governance decision-making
- Develop and maintain RegistryConnect change reporting (dashboards, summaries, sentiment, adoption metrics)
- Analyse stakeholder sentiment, engagement, learning uptake, utilisation and adoption
- Support design and delivery of surveys, feedback tools and assessments
- Consolidate Change team inputs into program-wide reporting
- Align change reporting with Program Office governance, health reporting and milestones
- Develop and maintain reporting templates and tools
- Deliver insights for steering committees, boards, exec briefings and team forums
- Identify trends, risks and opportunities; provide evidence-based recommendations
- Measure effectiveness of change interventions through structured metrics and analysis
- Continuously improve data collection, reporting and visualisation practices
- Ensure version control and compliance with ASIC quality and governance standards
About you
You will ideally have the following skills & experience in a corporate or government environment:
- Relevant qualifications in data analytics, business analysis, communications, change management (highly regarded)
- Proven ability to analyse qualitative and quantitative data
- Strong skills in reporting/visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Excel)
- Ability to synthesise multiple inputs into concise, high-quality reporting
- Experience delivering reports/dashboards for governance, project or program contexts (highly regarded)
- Experience developing surveys, feedback tools or assessment instruments (desirable)
- Experience in large-scale change, digital uplift or transformation programs (desirable)
- Strong written communication; able to translate data into clear insights
- High attention to detail and strong organisational capability
