You could be asked to:
- Promote a product or brand by giving out freebies.
- Approach, converse and interact with our client’s customers and collect leads.
- Provide general customer care and assistance.
- Assist with minor physical event set up, pack down and general operations.
- Step into character and dress up as a mascot or fun costume character (yes, seriously!)
- Provide Business Support for our clients' business needs.
You might work at:
- Shopping centres (retail pop-ups)
- Stadiums (NRL, AFL, A-League, Rugby)
- Beaches (sun + free samples = best shift ever)
- Train stations (flyering + meeting new faces)
- Expo halls and trade shows (think: cool booths and buzzing crowds)
- Corporate offices and many more — different events have different locations!
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in customer-facing, client-facing, or service-oriented roles such as hospitality, retail, customer service, or similar industries is required.
- Naturally outgoing, friendly and energetic people with a positive and can-do attitude!
- Confident communicators with strong English skills and the ability to engage comfortably with a wide range of people.
- Attentive to detail and able to follow guidelines and procedures accurately.
- Individuals who enjoy looking polished and professional.
- Team players who are equally comfortable working independently.
- Dependable, reliable and committed staff who show up for the shifts they accept.
- Must be reasonably fit — you’ll be on your feet, moving around and having fun!
No previous experience as a Brand Ambassador or Event staff necessary!
