Job Description
We require an enthusiastic, motivated Group facilitator and or/Psychologist to join our experienced and supportive Allied Health team in providing group therapy to inpatients of the clinic on our adolescent and youth program.
The successful applicant will demonstrate an ability to manage a diverse caseload and work autonomously, as well as actively participate as a member of a multidisciplinary team,. The applicant will be responsible for inpatient group facilitation and 1-1 support to predominately young adults and adolescents and more broadly to the general adult population in the clinic.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring a strong clinical skillset along with a passion for client care and a high standard of customer-focused service in line with Ramsay's core values. You will have exceptional communication skills and have the ability to work in a flexible, fast-paced environment.
You will also bring;

Registration with AHPRA as a Psychologist or appropriate other such as mental health social work or occupational therapy

Experience working with young adults as part of multi-disciplinary team.

Ability to effectively plan, implement and evaluate group programs.

Flexibility to work across mental health inpatient areas.

Demonstrated strong time management skills including the ability to manage a clinical caseload and administrative duties.
