Blooms Management Services (BMS) provides support and partnership to over 130 successful Blooms The Chemist pharmacies. Our Pharmacists and team members have been delivering friendly expert advice and professional service to our communities for over 40 years.
Reporting to the Head of Network Growth Marketing, this role is responsible for ensuring Pharmacist Owners receive the marketing experience and support promised in our value proposition. You will partner with owners and internal stakeholders to simplify local area marketing, lift capability, and design campaigns that directly improve store-level performance.
Main responsibilities include:
· Create and manage scalable local marketing tools, templates and support resources for Pharmacist Owners and Retail Managers
· Develop training and how-to guides to build local marketing capability across the network
· Design and deliver targeted local campaigns that improve key store metrics such as foot traffic, loyalty sign-ups and transaction value
· Translate performance data into practical recommendations and actionable growth plans for stores
· Partner with analytics, operations, merchandise, pharmacy and IT teams to identify opportunities and improve outcomes
· Lead the marketing component of new store onboarding and launch support
· Measure campaign effectiveness, communicate results and continuously improve the local marketing experience
Successful candidate will possess:
· Degree qualified in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline
· At least 5 years’ marketing experience, ideally in retail, pharmacy, healthcare or franchising
· Strong track record of managing multiple stakeholders and delivering measurable marketing outcomes
· Experience building email, social and local area marketing campaigns
· Commercially minded, with strong analytical skills and the ability to turn insights into action
· Confident using customer or marketing platforms such as CRM and CDP tools
· Experience with reporting or data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau
· Excellent project management, relationship building and influencing skills

Pay: $100,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
