BOTH espresso & wine is a fresh café and wine bar in Runaway Bay. We’re all about great coffee, fresh food, thoughtful wines, and genuine hospitality — wrapped in a sleek, modern space with a local vibe.
We’re looking for waitstaff who love good service, good people, and a smooth-running floor. If you’re friendly, switched-on, and love the rhythm of a busy café, we want to meet you!
What You’ll Be Doing:
Greeting and seating guests with warmth and personality
Taking orders confidently and accurately
Running food and drinks efficiently
Making guests feel welcome, seen, and cared for
Assisting with reset, tidy, and service prep
Supporting a small team with a can-do attitude
What We’re Looking For:
Previous waitstaff or front-of-house experience preferred
Comfortable with POS and customer service
Confident, friendly, and good under pressure
Team-focused and happy to help wherever needed
Able to work mornings, weekdays, and weekends
