We're Hiring – Experienced Social Media & Marketing Coordinator
Hi Voltage Entertainment is looking for an experienced Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team.
You'll work alongside our current Social Media Coordinator, helping take our marketing to the next level by growing our online presence, creating engaging content, and driving customer engagement across multiple channels.
This is not an entry-level role. We're looking for someone with proven experience, particularly with TikTok, who understands how to create content that reaches people and delivers results.
About the Role
- Develop and execute social media strategies to grow our audience.
- Plan, film and edit engaging TikTok, Instagram Reels and Facebook content.
- Stay ahead of social media trends and create viral-worthy content.
- Work alongside our existing Social Media Coordinator on campaigns and content.
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns.
- Assist with promotions, competitions and seasonal campaigns.
- Monitor analytics and continually improve performance.
- Capture photography and video content throughout the venue.
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience managing business social media accounts.
- Strong experience growing TikTok accounts and creating engaging short-form content.
- Excellent video filming and editing skills (CapCut, Canva or similar).
- Experience with email marketing platforms.
- Understanding of social media algorithms and current trends.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with the wider team.
- Creative, organised and full of fresh ideas.
Bonus Skills
- Meta Business Suite experience.
- Paid social media advertising.
- Photography or videography experience.
- Experience in hospitality, entertainment or events.
