You will use your sound judgement to assess complex situations and help ensure that electoral participants play their part in keeping Victoria's elections fair and transparent.
You will have:
-
Relevant qualifications and/or commensurate experience in public administration, social sciences, law enforcement, regulatory compliance, or auditing.
-
Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and manage challenging interactions professionally.

Expertise in gathering information, assessing evidence, maintaining accurate records, and preparing clear reports.
-
Capability in applying sound judgement, organisational skills with resilience, and the ability to identify risks, make informed decisions, and manage conflict in a fast-paced environment.
-
Experience working respectfully with people from diverse backgrounds and contributing to a safe, inclusive and productive workplace.
