This role will see you as part of a small team engaged in providing assistance in the packing and preparation of works for the Sharing the National Collection partnership program by undertaking the handling, transport, storage, packing, location control and documentation of the National Gallery’s art collection. A level of physical fitness is required, to handle and move a wide range of artworks using correct manual handling techniques and procedures.
This is a part-time (0.6 FTE), non-ongoing employment opportunity available within the Registration Department with the opportunity to become full-time after 12 months.
