We're a busy local bakery and café, and mornings are where it all happens. If you're someone who enjoys an early start, likes being part of a team, and takes pride in doing things properly, we'd love to hear from you.
The role
- 20 to 35 hours per week, part-time, casual, full-time
- $20 to $32 per hour, depending on experience and age
- 6:00am starts
- Availability across the week, including weekends, is essential
- Full training provided
What you'll be doing
- Serving customers and making their morning better
- Preparing and presenting our baked goods and food
- Keeping the space clean, stocked and running smoothly
- Supporting the rest of the team wherever you're needed
What we're looking for
Experience in hospitality is a bonus, but it isn't essential. We'll teach you everything you need to know. What we can't teach is attitude, so what matters most to us is:
- A warm, genuine personality and a positive outlook
- Reliability, especially with early starts
- A willingness to learn and to take feedback on board
- Someone who communicates openly and treats people with respect
