About the Role
At EcoSoulife, we are looking for a reliable, energetic Part-Time Warehouse Support team member to join our facility in Bentleigh East.
While this role starts as hands-on warehouse operations, we are seeking someone with ambition. This position offers strong potential for career growth, giving you the opportunity to take on more responsibilities and expand your role within the business as we continue to grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Picking, packing, and sorting inventory accurately and efficiently.
- Loading, unloading, and organizing stock within the warehouse.
- Assisting with day-to-day warehouse duties, stock checks, and workspace maintenance.
- Adhering to warehouse safety practices and guidelines.
Requirements:
- Physical Capability: Must be physically fit and comfortable with active manual labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Work Ethic: Strong attention to detail, highly reliable, and self-motivated.
- Growth Mindset: An eager attitude with an interest in learning supply chain and logistics processes to advance within the company.
- Prior experience as a Logistics/Warehouse Assistant preferred but not essential.
- Valid Australian Driver's Licence.
- Forklift licence is an advantage.
- Intermediate computer skills .
- Strong focus on customer service & communication skills.
