About the role
As a Systems Analyst, you'll support the administration, optimisation and governance of enterprise platforms to ensure reliable service delivery and a great user experience. Additionally, you'll:

Administer enterprise SaaS platforms including user access, permissions and system configuration

Monitor system performance, licence utilisation and platform compliance requirements

Manage incidents, escalations and root cause investigations to minimise business disruption

Support platform upgrades, releases and change activities, including testing and risk assessments
-
Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to enhance system performance and user experience
-
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors and delivery partners to support business outcomes
About you

Experience in systems administration, telephony administration or enterprise SaaS platforms
-
Relevant platform certifications such as Genesys, Salesforce or SAP ESM will be highly regarded
-
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex issues
-
Experience supporting business-critical applications and managing competing priorities
-
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
