The Student Centre is the first point of contact for prospective students, current students, internal stakeholders and the general public to receive advice, assistance and support on student administration related enquiries and transactions. The Student Centre Assistant is an essential member of the Student Centre team, responsible for responding to enquiries and effectively diagnosing more complex matters. This includes the accurate and timely provision of information within a high-volume and service - centric environment including, face - to - face, email, and phone channels.
Y our key responsibilities will be :
d elivering high-quality support across multiple channels, including in-person, email, and phone, within a high-volume service environment
the ability to apply common sense, sound judgement, sensitivity to individual circumstances, and maintain a high level of confidentiality
This role requires flexibility and a strong on-site presence. You will be required to travel across Sydney campuses and potentially the wider region to support operational needs , including but not limited to Camperdown, Darlington, Sydney Conservatorium of Music, Parramatta, and Westmead campuses. . This is a fully campus-based position, working five days per week on-site. In addition, availability to work through the University’s seasonal period is essential to ensure continuity of service for our student community.
