Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer / Technical Lead to provide technical leadership across CMDB and ITOM transformation initiatives. The role will focus on solution design, technical governance, mentoring developers, and implementing best-practice CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, and Service Mapping capabilities.

Experience:
- 8–10+ years of ServiceNow development experience
- Strong expertise in ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and CSDM
- Experience leading complex ServiceNow transformation initiatives
- Strong understanding of cloud discovery and service mapping within Azure environments
- Extensive experience with integrations, automation, and platform development
- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA and CIS-Discovery/Service Mapping highly desirable
- CTA, CMA, or CIS-ITSM certifications advantageous
Pay: From $140,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Sydney NSW
