About the role
We are looking for a Receptionist and Administration Assistant for our head office based in Salisbury.
This is a fulltime position across Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5pm. In this role you will be supporting the Genelite Team by managing our front of office processes, including greeting visitors, answering calls and providing general administrative support to staff.
What you'll be doing
- Greeting and welcoming all visitors to the office in a friendly and professional manner
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls, emails and correspondence
- Managing a variety of administration tasks related to customer orders and updates
- Liaising with customers regarding their deliveries and any special requirements, which may include communicating with freight companies and booking transport on occasion
- Assisting the Finance and Administration Manager with banking and accounts receivable.
- Providing general administrative support to the wider team as required.
What we're looking for
- Previous administration experience will be highly regarded
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional manner
- Intermediate computer skills - you know your way around a keyboard!
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Adaptable and quick to learn new processes, procedures and systems
- A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
