Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding customers through their flooring selection process, ensuring they find the ideal products that fit their style and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their flooring needs and preferences.
- Provide expert advice on various flooring options, including timber, hybrid, vinyl plank and carpet.
- Conduct in-home consultations and measurements as needed.
- Create and present tailored proposals and quotes to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively serve customers.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in flooring or home improvement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
- Knowledge of flooring products and installation processes is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
