We are currently seeking two Integrated Practice Workers to join our team in Bendigo on fixed-term contracts until June 2027.
Integrated Practice Workers play a vital role in supporting safer outcomes for victim survivors and their children, delivering high-quality, coordinated responses that prioritise safety, wellbeing and recovery, while keeping the person using violence in view.
Working within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment, these roles support positive client outcomes by:
- Providing high-quality, safe and effective responses to victim survivors and their children, with a strong focus on safety, wellbeing and empowerment.
- Working within an integrated family violence system to keep perpetrators in view and support accountability, while prioritising victim survivor safety.
- Conducting risk assessments, safety planning and coordinated interventions in line with the MARAM Framework, and collaborating closely with key services across the sector.
