We are seeking an experienced and driven General Sales Manager to lead our high-performing team at Subaru Essendonin Melbourne, Victoria, on a 12-Month Fixed Term Contract.
As a key leader within Inchcape Automotive Retail, you will proudly represent our OEM partner Subaru across new vehicle sales, a diverse used vehicle operation and maximising finance penetration with Subaru Financial Services. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, customer satisfaction, profitability, and team success across both departments, ensuring an exceptional experience for customers and strong commercial outcomes for the dealership.
As the General Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of the dealership's sales operations, including new and used vehicle sales performance, finance and insurance, aftermarket, team development, customer experience, and profitability.
You will work closely with Inchcape leadership and support functions to deliver exceptional business results while fostering a high-performance culture focused on customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
