We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Human Resources Officer to join our growing organisation .The Human Resources Officer will play a key role in HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and staff development.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with the set regulations.
- Support staff training, development, and performance management processes.
- Provide advice and support on employee relations and workplace policies.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Work regulations, NDIS standards, and workplace health and safety requirements.
- Assist with payroll coordination and staff rostering support where required.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and supportive workplace culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous HR experience (preferably in healthcare, disability services, or community services).
- Knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR best practices.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Experience with HR software and Microsoft Office.
- Understanding of NDIS standards is highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications
- HR certification (e.g. AHRI membership).
- Experience working within the disability or healthcare sector.
- Knowledge of NDIS standards and compliance

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $77,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
