Job Title: Casual Motel Receptionist
Location: Matador Motel, Sale
We are looking to appoint a Casual Receptionist to assist in the running of the front office and all guest-related areas.

Role Overview:
The All Rounder role encompasses all aspects of guest services in the day-to-day operations of a busy motel. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Operating the Guestpoint reservation system
- Handling guest accounts
- Responding to inquiries from future and in-house guests in person, via phone, and email
- Collaborating in a team environment
- Breakfast room set up & clean up
The role requires flexibility to work in various areas of the motel as needed, including housekeeping and breakfast shifts. You should be available to work between 6.30 AM and 7 PM on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays, and overnight stays.
Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a can-do attitude
- Previous reception experience, preferably in the hospitality industry (1 year preferred, training would be provided for the right applicant)

- Christmas Eve
- Overnight stays for on-call afterhours (motel room provided for overnight stay, with penalty rates)
