This role is responsible for monitoring performance on a by-minute level of detail, identifying trends to prevent issues from developing, and driving continuous improvement across the process.
You will liaise with and support key stakeholders within the business to ensure that the highest standards of production output and quality are met.
You will bring:
- The ability to actively monitor equipment and process performance levels.
- Report Quality Exceptions, escalating and driving actions for improvement.
- Providing a high level of support and technical advice is available to operational teams.
- Ensuring the business is provided high-quality, accurate, and reliable information for decision making.
- The ability to communicate with employees and management to effectively support process improvement.
