The Role
As a Senior Vet at AES Hobart, you’ll provide clinical leadership, guide decision‑making on shift, and mentor vets and nurses. This role is ideal for a highly skilled ECC vet looking for greater impact, autonomy, and a wide clinical scope.
- Team-based care model with a highly skilled nursing & support team
- Wide clinical scope including routine, intensive and critical care
- Radiology including ultrasound and digital radiographs
About You
You’re capable, resilient and collaborative and enjoy leading from the front and helping others to grow.
You’ll bring:
- BVSc (or equivalent) with Australian registration
- Strong emergency and critical care skills
- Confidence in clinical decision-making
- A passion for mentoring and team development
- MANZCVS (ECC or similar) desirable, not essential
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
