We are seeking a reliable and proactive Casual Facilities Officer to help maintain our church facilities and ensure our venues are clean and ready for Sunday services, school activities and external events. This hands-on role includes venue set-up and pack-down, general cleaning, minor maintenance, equipment checks and basic administrative tasks to support the day-to-day operation of our facilities.
Working closely with the Facilities Manager, you'll assist with a variety of maintenance duties, identify and report repair needs, and help create well-presented spaces for our church community and visitors. This an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys making a difference through practical work.
This role is predominantly based on a Friday, but also some Saturday and Sunday work.

- A reasonable level of physical fitness, including the ability to lift, move and set up furniture and equipment, and remain on your feet for extended periods.

- Basic computer skills and confidence using online systems or the willingness to learn.
