-
Ensure procurement processes, delegations of authority and compliance requirements are followed
-
Assist with consultant payment claims, invoice management and contract finalisation documentation
-
Maintain accurate records, including consultant insurances, reporting data and budget updates
-
Work closely with project stakeholders to support commercial discipline and smooth project delivery
-
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across systems, processes and cost data practices
What you’ll bring:
- Experience as a Contract Administrator, ideally within the building, development or property industry
-
Exposure to large, complex projects and confidence working across consultant administration and commercial processes
-
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach
-
Confidence working with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and exposure to systems such as RIBCX, Yardi or similar platforms
-
A genuine commitment to quality, teamwork and doing the right thing
