About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity available for an enthusiastic Permanent Part-Time Team Member to join our team.
This role offers approximately 15–20 hours per week, with a focus on night and weekend availability. We are looking for someone who is reliable, positive, and ready to be part of a team that delivers great food and great customer experiences.
Our team members take pride in preparing and serving fast, fresh, and healthy Mexican food with a smile. You will be responsible for following Zambrero’s high standards of customer service, recipes, procedures, and cleaning to ensure every guest experience is the best it can be.
Position Duties
This important role includes the following responsibilities:
· Providing exceptional friendly customer service
· Preparing and serving food in line with Zambrero recipes and standards
· Following correct portion control and food preparation procedures
· Preparing recipes as required while adapting to customer demand
· Maintaining consistency and quality across all menu items
· Following food handling, safety, and sanitisation standards
· Assisting with daily and weekly cleaning of production areas, dining spaces, and general restaurant areas
· Following all safety and security procedures

Suitable candidates will have the following skills, experience, and qualities:

· Reliable and committed to regular shifts, including nights and weekends
· A strong team player who supports others and celebrates shared success
· Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen and follow direction
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing customer levels
· Ability to maintain a professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance
· Previous customer service, hospitality, or cash handling experience is highly regarded but not essential
