Your Role Includes:
- Delivering nursing care within your scope of practice as an Enrolled Nurse.
- Supporting clients with medication administration and medication monitoring.
- Conducting basic clinical observations and health monitoring.
- Assisting with wound care and chronic disease management as directed.
- Providing personal care assistance, including showering, grooming, dressing, and continence support.
- Supporting clients to attend appointments, social activities, and community outings.
- Collaborating with Care Managers, Registered Nurses, and allied health professionals.
- Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation and progress notes.
- Identifying and reporting changes in client health, wellbeing, or support needs.
Requirements:
- Diploma of Nursing and current Enrolled Nurse registration with AHPRA.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle for travel between clients.
- National Police Certificate (required).
- Working with Children Check (as applicable).
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (as applicable).
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Must be fluent and proficient in English.
- Multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in community, aged care, disability, or home care settings is highly regarded.
