A & A Smiles is a growing mobile dental clinic that provides high-quality dental care to schools, preschools, and communities across Queensland. We are looking for an enthusiastic Dental Assistant who enjoys working in a supportive team, loves interacting with children, and is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.
About the Role
MUST be willing to travel with the team back-to-back weeks (including some weekends)
As a Dental Assistant, you will work alongside our clinicians in our fully equipped mobile dental clinics. Every day is different as we travel to schools and communities, helping make dental care accessible to families.
Your Responsibilities
- Chairside assistance during dental procedures.
- Prepare and sterilise instruments according to infection control standards.
- Set up and pack down surgeries.
- Ensure the clinic is clean, organised, and running efficiently.
- Travel with the team to various locations when required.
What We're Looking For
- Previous dental assisting experience is highly regarded.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel.
- Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain one).
