As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Allied Health Manager to join our Leadership Team.
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, this is an exceptional opportunity to lead AQ's multidisciplinary Allied Health Service and influence the future of community aged care across QLD and NSW. You will provide strategic, operational and clinical leadership while driving innovation, workforce capability, clinical excellence, and sustainable service growth.
- Salary of $150,000–$160,000 per annum.

You will lead a multidisciplinary Allied Health team delivering services across CHSP, Support at Home and Fee for Service. You will maintain a clinical caseload while leading strategic planning, workforce development, clinical governance, operational performance and business growth.
- Lead a multidisciplinary Allied Health workforce.
- Drive strategic growth and service innovation.
- Maintain a clinical caseload and provide leadership in complex clinical matters.
- Oversee clinician caseload allocation and workforce planning.
- Manage budgets, financial performance and resource utilisation.
- Build partnerships with healthcare providers and community stakeholders.
- Contribute to executive planning and organisational strategy.
You are an accomplished Allied Health leader with a strong track record of leading multidisciplinary teams, developing services and delivering outstanding organisational outcomes.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in an Allied Health discipline.
- Current professional registration (where applicable).
- Leadership experience in aged care, community health or healthcare services.
- Strong operational, financial and strategic management capability.
- Knowledge of Support at Home and CHSP.
- Experience in the private sector would be a favourable advantage.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Current Driver Licence and National Police Check.
