We are seeking a SES Creation Administrator to join our team in Port Pirie, South Australia. This position plays a vital role in the on-site management of the Service Entry System (SES) creation process to ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with our internal standards.
In this role, you will apply your SAP expertise and attention to detail while efficiently processing supplier claims and engaging with key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
In this hands-on role, your primary responsibilities will include:
Process Supplier/Vendor Claim Forms: Receive, verify, and process claims into the SAP system, ensuring accuracy and inclusion of all required supporting documentation.
Liaise with Stakeholders: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to review and resolve claim discrepancies.
Upload Supporting Documentation: Maintain accurate records by uploading all required documents to the SAP system.
Monitor SES Status: Track and monitor the status of the Service Entry System for timely responses.
Ad-Hoc Support: Undertake additional administrative and operational tasks as requested by your supervisor.
About You
To thrive in this role, you’ll need the following qualifications, skills, and experience:
Education & Certifications
Certificate in Finance (preferred).
Certificate in Administration (nice to have).
Essential Skills & Experience
Proficiency with SAP systems.
Experience in Accounts Payable or a related administrative field (preferred).
Strong proficiency in data entry, with a keen eye for detail.
Effective time-management and organisational skills.
A customer-centric attitude and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Ability to work independently and manage relationships effectively with suppliers and vendors.

In this role, you will collaborate with some of the following stakeholders:
Internal Teams: Superintendents from Operations, Maintenance, and Capital; Nyrstar representatives; Procurement and Accounts Payable departments.
External Partners: Nyrstar Service Providers and Vendors.
