Description: Dispenses Chinese Medicine prescriptions, maintains the clinic and supports Chinese Medicine practitioner requirements
Prerequisites: cordial, well established English and Chinese speaking and reading skills, of an Australian Citizen or Permanent Residency
Job schedule: Your shifts are normally Mondays (2:30-5pm), Wednesdays (2:30-5pm) and Thursdays (3-7pm). Your hours may extend depending on the roster and may include morning hours that normally start at 9am if the clinic experiences staff shortage.
Prescription dispensation
- Dispensers herbal and granule prescriptions
- Sells goods
- Simplify herbal and granule storage
- Notifies inventory insufficiency
- Cleans the granule dispensing machine
- Sets new herbal supply
Clinic maintenance
- Registers patient appointments and arrivals
- Tidies, cleans and sanitises the clinic
- Conducts patient mask requirements
- Sets up and settles down clinic operations (includes scale stability)
Practitioner support
- Tidies treatment rooms
- Conducts moxibustion as per practitioner requirements
- Facilitates practitioner to patient communication
Pay: From $30.13 per hour
