About us. Ninja Logistics is a Sydney-owned 3PL in Villawood. We pick, pack and ship online orders for some of Australia's fastest-growing e-commerce brands. We're a deliberately small operation where the founders work on the floor with the team, you'll know every product you handle, and good work gets noticed by the people who make decisions.
The role. You'll pick customer orders using our scanning system, pack them properly so they arrive the way the brand intended, label and sort outgoing freight for our couriers, help receive and put away incoming stock, and keep your zone clean and safe. It's genuine full-time permanent employment: annual salary, super, four weeks annual leave, sick leave and public holidays, with overtime paid at award rates on the rare occasions we need it.
What you'll need. Reliability above everything: we're a small team and every person matters. Care and attention to detail, because a badly packed order is our customer's worst day. Comfort being on your feet and lifting up to 15 to 20kg safely. Full working rights in Australia. Warehouse, pick/pack or retail stockroom experience is genuinely valued, but it's not essential; we hire for attitude and train the rest, and several of our best people started with none.
What you'll get. $60,000 to $65,000 plus 12% super depending on experience, reviewed annually. Stable 8am to 5pm days, Monday to Friday. A clear path: our best pickers move into forklift tickets (which we'll help fund) and leading hand roles at higher bands. On-site parking, and a team small enough that you're a name, not a number.
