The Opportunity
Working alongside our Promotions Coordinator, our Promotions Host plays a key role in delivering exciting promotions, raffles, Bingo, Cash Housie and exceptional member service. As one of the friendly faces of the Club, you'll confidently interact with members and guests, help create a fun and engaging atmosphere, and ensure every experience reflects the high standards Panthers is known for.
What you'll be doing

Deliver exceptional customer service to members and guests, creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience.

Confidently communicate with large groups using a microphone, including hosting and making announcements.

Support and conduct raffles and promotions.

Host and call Bingo and Cash Housie sessions in an engaging and professional manner.
Promote upcoming events, promotions and Club offerings to members and guests. -
Set up and pack down event spaces and promotional activities.

Accurately process cash handling

Respond to member and guest enquiries in a professional and timely manner.

Maintain compliance with Panthers Group policies, procedures and all relevant legislative requirements.
About you
You are a confident and customer-focused individual who enjoys engaging with people and creating memorable experiences. You communicate professionally, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can work both independently and as part of a team.
You have:

Outstanding communication and customer service skills.

A confident and engaging communication style, including the ability to use a microphone when hosting events.

The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. -
High standards of personal presentation and professionalism.

A proactive approach with the initiative to identify and respond to customer needs.

A current RSA and RCG Competency Cards.

Experience in promotions, events, hospitality or a similar customer-facing roles with cash handling duties are highly regarded.

Availability to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
