About the Role
Spectrum is seeking an experienced and passionate Team Leader – Social & Economic Inclusion to lead a multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality programs that support people from migrant, refugee and humanitarian backgrounds.
Reporting to the Manager – Settlement & Family Services, you will provide operational leadership, professional supervision and strategic oversight across a portfolio of funded programs. You will drive service excellence, build strong stakeholder relationships, oversee program performance, and contribute to continuous improvement and service innovation.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader who is passionate about community services, culturally responsive practice, and empowering teams to achieve meaningful outcomes.
About You
We want to hear from you if you have:

Demonstrated leadership experience within settlement, community services, or the human services sector.

Experience managing funded programs, contracts, budgets, and key performance indicators.

Strong stakeholder engagement skills with government, community organisations, and culturally diverse communities.

Relevant tertiary qualifications (or equivalent experience) in social sciences, youth work, community development, or a related discipline.

A commitment to culturally safe, client-centred practice and leading high-performing teams.
