About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Project Administrator to join our Southern Cross Water team. This is a dynamic support role working closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and Drafters to help deliver water tank design and construction projects efficiently and to a high standard.
You will play a key role in project coordination, administration, management and communication, while gaining exposure to engineering, design, and construction processes.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support project delivery from start to completion
- Raise Purchase Orders and maintain project records in SAP
- Assist with scheduling, cost tracking, and documentation
- Review drawings and project documents to confirm scope
- Coordinate client communication and approvals
Support quality, safety, and closeout documentation

What You’ll Bring
- Experience in administration (construction/engineering preferred)
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a proactive approach
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
SAP experience and drawing interpretation (desirable)
