Telehealth Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Practitioner with Rally — NDIS, all ages, work by telehealth or in person across Melbourne and regional Victoria, your choice.
About Rally
Rally brings Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology and Positive Behaviour Support together as one connected NDIS team, sharing notes on our own custom platform instead of working in silos, and delivering however suits the participant — remotely or in person. We're expanding across Melbourne and regional Victoria.
The service is live and the participant base is growing. Come in early and help shape how we deliver.
The role
You'll carry your own caseload of NDIS participants of all ages, delivering positive behaviour support toward a better quality of life and the reduction of restrictive practices — by telehealth, in person, or a mix.
What the work involves
- Assess behaviour and its function alongside participants, families and teams
- Produce behaviour support plans and review them as goals progress
- Focus on reducing restrictive practices and improving quality of life
- Upskill the people around the participant to sustain change
- Collaborate with our OT and Speech team on shared participant records
What makes this different
- Your choice of setting. Telehealth, in person, or both.
- Less paperwork. Admin, scheduling and video run on our own platform.
- Genuinely joined-up. OT, Speech and Behaviour Support on shared records, not silos.
- Your schedule, with commitment. You set your hours; we ask for consistency so participants keep continuity.
What we're looking for
- A suitable NDIS behaviour support practitioner as assessed by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission (Core, Proficient or Advanced), or working toward suitability via the entry-level pathway with our supervision — all levels welcome
- A relevant background such as psychology, occupational therapy, speech pathology, social work, special education, disability studies or applied behaviour analysis (no single degree is mandated; capability is assessed against the PBS Capability Framework)
- Experience with functional behaviour assessments and behaviour support plans, or building it via the entry-level pathway
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and the NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Working With Children Check, a national police check, professional indemnity insurance and an ABN
- Confident working over telehealth
What we offer
Genuine flexibility over your hours, low admin on our own platform, a connected OT, Speech and Behaviour Support team, and the freedom to work by telehealth, in person, or a mix.
Apply through Indeed with your CV and a short note on why coordinated, telehealth NDIS behaviour support appeals to you. We'd love to hear from practitioners in or near Melbourne.
Rally Health is delivered by Hope Disability Support Pty Ltd, a registered NDIS provider.
