The Opportunity
We’re on the lookout for experienced contract Trainers and Assessors to work across one or both of the following qualifications
- CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing & Disability)
- HLT33021 Certificate III in Allied Health Assistance
This is a fully remote role – ideal for experienced VET professionals looking to contribute meaningfully without the commitment of face-to-face delivery. Hours are flexible based on assessment volume and student need.
Primarily you will be:
- Marking online assessment submissions, and providing clear, constructive feedback
- Providing additional guidance to students who require support to progress
- Collaborating with our training, administration, and compliance teams to ensure a seamless student experience

About You – Essential Requirements
Trainer Credentials (must have one of the following):
- TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent; or
- A higher qualification in adult or vocational education
Qualifications:
- Certificate IV or higher in a discipline relevant to the health course being delivered
Skills and Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in training and assessing on either CHC33021 or HLT33021
- Demonstrated industry experience in a relevant health setting (allied health or primary health care settings are highly regarded)
- Proficiency with digital learning platforms and CRM systems (such as Moodle and aXcelerate)
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to provide clear, constructive assessment feedback
- Current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain.
Highly Desirable:
- Experience marking assessments for international students
- Experience working with online or distance learners
