What You'll Do
As a Senior Business Analyst in the Customer Comms, AI Optimisation squad, you will serve as the crucial bridge between strategic business objectives and technical execution. Focused on driving transformation through innovative AI solutions and agile delivery, you will help modernise our end-to-end campaign delivery process, systems, and workflows. In this proactive leadership role, you will tackle complex technical problems, streamline operations, and pioneer automation-led improvements,always placing team collaboration and exceptional customer experience at the center of everything you do.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end requirements process by eliciting, analyzing, and translating complex business needs into clear epics, user stories, and functional specifications.

Analyse existing workflows,such as campaign execution and creative production,to identify bottlenecks and implement automation-led solutions.

Partner with engineering, architecture, and product teams to guide architectural reviews and drive innovative initiatives, including AI and automation integrations.

Act as a trusted advisor across departments, facilitating workshops and communicating project scope, technical dependencies, and potential impacts clearly.

Support program governance frameworks by tracking project progress, managing risks, and ensuring timely, compliant, and goal-aligned delivery.

Mentor junior BAs, promote best practice frameworks, and champion agile methodologies and continuous improvement across the squad.

Collaborate across functional teams to design robust solutions and produce detailed technical documentation, system diagrams, and specifications.

Ensure delivered digital solutions meet high-quality standards, drive operational cost savings, and elevate the overall customer experience.
What You'll Bring
-
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical BA, preferably within retail, e-commerce, or marketing technology sectors.

Strong expertise in platform automation, system integration, and data flows, with familiarity in AI-powered tools or customer communication platforms.

Deep hands on experience in Agile/Scrum environments using tools like Jira, Confluence, and process mapping software (Lucidchart, Miro, Visio).

A proven track record of taking initiative in unstructured environments, bringing order and clarity where documentation is sparse.

Demonstrated ability to rapidly learn custom middleware or proprietary systems and design effective system integrations.

Advanced skills in process mapping, technical requirements elicitation, system analysis, and data modeling.

Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear insights for marketing teams and executive stakeholders.

Logical, analytical mindset with a strong ability to dissect complex technical challenges and recommend viable, data-driven solutions.
