We are currently seeking compassionate and experienced Registered Nurses to join our growing agency team, with regular shifts available at a well-established aged care facility in Mayfield.
About the Role
As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality, person-centred clinical care while working collaboratively with aged care teams to support the health, dignity, and wellbeing of residents.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care to aged care residents.
- Complete comprehensive clinical assessments and monitor resident wellbeing.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with legislation and facility policies.
- Respond appropriately to changes in residents' conditions and escalate concerns where required.
- Manage wounds, falls, palliative care, and other clinical needs.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes.
- Develop and evaluate individualised care plans.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, families, and allied health professionals.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and clinical support to care staff.
- Ensure compliance with AHPRA standards, infection prevention protocols, and aged care quality standards. These responsibilities align with the expected scope of practice for Registered Nurses in Australian aged care.
About You
- To be successful in this role you will have:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Minimum 12 months of recent nursing experience (aged care experience highly regarded).
- Excellent clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A genuine passion for providing person-centred care.
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
- Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Current CPR Certificate.
- Full Australian working rights.
