Lead 2–4 Roofing Teams to Success
We’re on the hunt for a motivated Site Manager to join our growing team – someone who thrives in the field, loves working with people, and knows how to bring structure and calm to even the busiest project sites.
About the Role
This isn’t a desk job. You’ll be spending lots your time on-site, overseeing residential roofing projects, coordinating teams, managing client relationships, and ensuring every job is completed to a high standard – safely, efficiently, and on time.
You’ll be the key link between our clients, crews, and office, helping drive quality results while solving problems on the fly and keeping everyone aligned.
This role is ideal for someone looking to step off the tools into leadership, or ready to step out from behind the desk and get closer to the action. It’s the best of both worlds – leadership with hands-on impact.
What You’ll Do
- Be the leader across 2–4 active roofing teams
- Coordinate day-to-day site activities, deliveries, and job sequencing
- Engage directly with clients - keep them informed, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction
- Problem-solve issues as they arise with a calm, proactive approach
- Monitor quality, safety, and compliance across all works
- Coordinate and keep projects on schedule and on budget
- Motivate and support your teams to deliver great work
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in residential construction, trade/management helps, but not required
- A natural leader and communicator, especially in client-facing situations
- Strong organisational skills with a “get it done” attitude
- Ability to manage multiple teams and juggle shifting priorities
- Current White Card and Driver’s Licence (We can assist with White Card)
